London Youth Committee notes for week beginning 23rd of June 201

The next meeting London Youth Committee meeting will take place on Monday the 21st of July at 8 30pm at The Emerald GAA Grounds at Ruislip and meetings will continue to be on the third Monday of every month


Congratulation to Parnell's who were the London football Shield winners for 2014


Dates for your diary

U12's Phase 2  Section Y Teams from NLS, TCG, TMC, and Round Towers: There will be an U12's blitz held at Thomas McCurtain's on Sat the 28th of June with a 12 noon start.

U12's Phase 2  Section Z Teams from St Kiernan's, Dulwich Harphs, Parnell's, Tara's, St Claret's  There will be an U12's blitz will be held at Dulwich Harps on Sat the 28th of June with a 12 noon start.


The next Hurling Blitz will be hosted by Granuaile on Saturday, 5th July 

The next U6/8/10 football blitz will be hosted by Parnell’s on the 6th of July at  Harrow Rugby club

Friday the 27th of June TMC/NLS v St Clarets in Greenford at 7.30pm and Parnell’s/St Kiernan’s v TCG at Northwick Par at 7.30pm

 

Thanks to Tir Chonaill Gaels

A big thanks to Vincent McCarthy and all who helped out at Tir Chonaill Gaels who were the hosts to a sports and development evening at their own club in Greenford last Friday evening. Invited girls from St Clarets, Parnell's, Tara's and Tir Chonaill Gaels girls all had a fantastic evening of Gaelic football and finished up with races and sports for children and adults with medals presented from TCG Club.

Conrad Ryan Cup for the U14' will be run in September

U14 Feile Hurling trip

Well done to all The U14 London Feile Hurling team who traveled to Ulster playing games in Armagh and Monaghan  last weekend. A big thanks to Noreen O' Neill, Roddy Walsh, James King , Cormac Grannell. 

U14 Feile Football trip

London Youth Committee would like to wish the U14 Football Feile Teams from North & South London and their management  every success in the Feile which takes place in Mayo this weekend.Many thanks from the North London Under 14 Feile team and management for the generous sponsorship received from P.J Hegarty and Sons (UK) Ltd and Cairde Maigheo London. Your contributions are much appreciated and will help greatly with funding the trip to the Connacht Feile.

3rd Annual All Britain Competitions (ABC)

2014 All Britain Competitions will be held the weekend of the 11th of July to the Sunday the 13th of July at Tir Chonaill Gaels GAA Grounds, Greenford, London, UB6 0NZ.

On Friday the 11th, Primary Schools Football will commence at 10:30am and U8 & U10 Football will commence at 3:00pm

On Saturday the 12th, Ladies Football and U12 & U16 Boys Football will commence at approximately 11:00am.

On Sunday 13th, Hurling, Camogie and U14 & U18 Boys Football will commence at approximately 11:00am

The finishing times on each day will be determined by the level of Entries. We will endeavour, where possible, to produce the most time efficient fixture list for clubs to allow for minimum waiting times between games.
