London Youth Board Notes

The next meeting London Youth Board will take place on the 18th of March at Emerald GAA Grounds at Ruislip and will continue on with montly meetings on the third Monday of each month.

Part-Time Hurling Coach for London GAA
London GAA provides Gaelic Football and Hurling coaching in Primary Schools across the City.
This programme started 5 years ago and has expanded year on year.
In order to meet the increased demand we are currently recruiting a Part-Time Hurling Coach.
We are looking for a person who can commit to approx. 25 hours a week.
The ideal candidate should:

· Have a Coaching Qualification in Hurling - or at least 2 years Hurling Coaching experience.
· Have a Coaching Qualification in Gaelic Football - there is the potential for a dual role.
· Be Willing to travel - a car is favourable.
· Have no Criminal Record - as the successful candidate will have to go through a CRB check.

Level 1 Coaching Course
The Level 1 Course is for coaches who have already completed the Foundation Level Course and have gained 2 years experience coaching in their Club.This course will begin this Sunday February 24th,Sunday March 3rd, Sunday March 10th and Saturday March 16th over 4 days consecutive weekends
Child Protection Officer Tutor Course
Child Protection Officer Tutor Course will take place this Saturday the 23rd of February in Pairc na HEireann in Birmingham.
Feile Dates for your diary:
Under 14 All Britain Feile 8th June
Feile Peil na nOg 28th- 30th June held in Derry
Feile na Gael 5th -7th July held in Limerick
ABC dates are fixed for the 26th-28th of July at Greenford.
It is now compulsory for all youths to wear Mouthguards so can all clubs please ensure that this is implemented before the season starts.
