1.    GROUND REGULATIONS

1)    All persons entering this venue are admitted subject to the following regulations (which are designed to protect the Health & Safety of all entrants to the ground). Entry to the venue shall be deemed to constitute unqualified acceptance of all these regulations.

2)    The management reserves the right of admission.

3)    The instructions of the stewards must be always obeyed.

4)    All persons agree to be searched by a Steward or Security Personnel if requested.

5)    For “All Ticket” events every person (including infants) entering the venue must have a ticket.

6)    The following are not permitted:

a.    Entry upon the playing area or engaging in conduct that causes or is likely to cause injury or harm to, or otherwise interferes with, disrupts, hinders, or distracts a person playing in, refereeing, or otherwise having a role in a match at this venue.

b.    Any incursion on to the playing area. Any such unauthorised contact or incursion constitutes a trespass to property.

c.    The climbing of floodlights, scoreboards, or other pylons, stand or other buildings. Such behaviour constitutes trespass to property.

d.    Throwing any object onto the playing area.

e.    Remaining or loitering in any gangway or aisle.

f.    Behaving in an offensive or indecent manner.

g.    Bringing Glass bottles into the venue.

h.    Alcohol (Only in specifically designated areas).

i.    Bringing into the venue of fireworks, smoke canisters, bottles, glasses, distress signals, laser pointers, and other similar articles or containers, including anything which could or might be used as a weapon.

j.    Excessive noise such as that from the use of radio sets or other appliances and behaviour likely to cause confusion or nuisance of any kind including foul or abusive language.

7)    If a person commits a trespass, reasonable force may be used to prevent, restrain, or terminate any such trespass.

8)    No photography, imaging, filming for commercial purposes without the prior permission of the Secretary of county committee of London GAA.

9)    No smoking, except in designated areas.

10)    No Dogs, Except Guide dogs.

11)    We would not recommend bringing a baby buggy to McGovern Park. Baby buggies may be permitted entry but must be left at the back of the stands and are left there entirely at the owner’s risk.

12)    Where a person is in breach of any of these Regulations, or where the management believes that a person constitutes a source of danger to others, to the venue, such a person may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue, and reasonable force may be used for that purpose.
