On Saturday, our ladies team prevailed against Parnells in the second round of the league, despite the wet and windy conditions in Greenford. Then, on a bright and breezy Sunday afternoon, the men overcame Parnells at the same venue to secure a place in the intermediate football championship final.
Next weekend the men’s team face Kingdom Kerry Gaels in the league while the ladies have a break from competitive action. Training continues as usual on Monday and Wednesday evenings for the ladies and on Tuesday and Thursday evenings for the men’s team. All sessions start at 7.00pm on Peckham Rye Common.
The London County Board of the Gaelic Athletic Association (London GAA) is the governing body responsible for promoting the sports of the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) in the City and County of London. Our Home is at the newly redeveloped McGovern Park, Ruislip.
