Please find attached the Rules Drafting Report (link below), arising from Motions passed at Comhdháil 2021, which was approved by Central Council .

In accordance with Rule 3.40 (g), new and amended Rules become operative on 27th March 2021 (four weeks after Comhdháil unless otherwise specified in Motion). Please note the provisions of the Ard Chomhairle Directive relating to the Club Constitution on page 71 of the Report.
An updated 'online' version of the Official Guides will be made available to you as soon as possible. There are a number of motions that you need to be aware so please read the document and make sure your club members including team management and club officers are all aware ,
