Since the beginning of March our men and ladies teams have gone head to head in a virtual race, collectively running and walking the 1210km distance from Peckham Rye to Croke Park and back, to support runninghome.ie in their efforts to raise funds for homeless charities Focus Ireland and Peter Mc Verry.

At the time of writing, the ladies hold a narrow lead over the men, who have picked up the pace on the return leg. We expect a close finish in the coming days and will be sharing progress updates on our social media pages where you can find details on how to donate. Your generosity would be very much appreciated.

The club would also like to take this opportunity to wish all our members and supporters a Happy Saint Patrick’s Day! Beannachtaí na Féile Pádraig oraibh! Looking forward to a time when we can meet again on the playing field. Ag tnúth le ham nuair is féidir linn bualadh le chéile arís ar an bpáirc imeartha. Stay safe. Fan sábháilte.
