Congratulations to the Ladies Footballers who beat Dulwich Harps in a cracking semi final in Goodmayes on a rainy Sunday afternoon. There were a total of 12 goals scored in the game but it was a period of dominance at the start of the each half from the East London ladies that proved decisive. Credit to Dulwich as they looked to stage a comeback late on but luckily for the Macs just ran out of time. The Ladies advance to the final against St Anthony's later in the season.

Next weekend the hurlers are in competitive action for the first time as they play Fr Murphy's in the opening round of the league on Saturday. On Sunday the Footballers will play Garryowen in the first round of the Murphy Cup. The Ladies Footballers play Dulwich again, this time in the league with a time and venue to be confirmed.
