While most of the Senior action was in Croke Park last weekend, the Youth section of the club were in action.  The first Go Games day after the summer took place in Hendon where St Kiernans hosted their annual James O’Brien Tournament on Saturday the 16th of September.  The club had teams from U6, U8 and U10 age groups participate.  Also on that Saturday, Parnells U16’s will have played St Kiernan’s in the London League Final in Greenford at noon (scheduled at the time of these notes being written).  The club hope’s that it was an enjoyable and competitive game.  Further details available in the next club notes.  The Senior team continue training in preparation for their next Championship game against Round Towers where there is still a chance to turn their fortunes around by securing a win.
