Dulwich Harps Club Notes 7th August 2017
This week the senior men’s team took on the Irish Guards on Thursday evening on the Rye. It turned out to be a very one sided game and the Harps run out eventual winners on a score line of 10-19 to 1-00.
The next game for the men is on Saturday 19th of August against Moindearg in the second round of the championship. The game is scheduled to take place in Ruislip and has a throw in time of 4:30pm.
Training continues for the men’s team on Tuesday and Thursday evenings @ 7:15pm on Peckham Rye Common. For more information contact Alan (07472 211445) or Enda (07522 723765).
Unfortunately our ladies have no competitive game for a number of weeks although a number of friendlies have been lined up. The girls continue to train on a Monday evening on Peckham Rye Common with a start time of 7:00pm.

Finally the club would like to wish Niall McCann and his family all the best as they return back to Ireland. Niall has been heavily involved with the club and the wider GAA circle in London over the past decade and will be sorely missed as he returns back to Ireland for a teaching post. Go raibh míle maith agat Niall!
