SENIOR

Our mens team had no game over the weekend. Our next fixture is the opening game of the league. We face Harlesden Harps on Tuesday 9th May at 7pm at TCG, Berkeley Avenue, Greenford, UB6 0NZ.

Can all players ensure they do their best to make the game. All support is welcome.

YOUTH

It's been a very busy week in the youth section of the club and a great start to another season.

The week kicked off with our U16s being defeated by Parnells on Monday night in Northwick Park. Although we were beaten it was great to get a game under our belt and so many young lads out on the field.

At the end of the week our U14s took to the field Vs TCG on Friday night in Greenford, we had a great win with a great bunch of lads and we'll look forward to our next few fixtures.

On Sunday a number of our girls turned out to play at the Peter McGlynn tournament in Greenford. The girls played 3 enjoyable games and performed really well considering 3 of our girls had already completed a morning training session with the girls London Feile trials. Great stuff girls keep up the good work!!

Last Saturday our U12s played their first round of games against NLS and Round Towers. This proved to be a great start for the newly formed U12 team by winning both games. Players were: Oscar Brown, Sam Sidley, Freddie Scarlett, Brandon Williams, Thomas Murphy, Caolan Mullvihill, Theo Wildman, Colm Shepherd, Aidan Shepherd, Elorm Dunmore, Holly Lynott & Shane Lynott.

Despite a number of players being unavailable due to the bank holiday, our under 10s also took part in the Peter McGlynn blitz and performed superbly bouncing back from a narrow opening to defeat to win and draw our other two games

Players were: Ollie McCarthy, Charlie McCarthy, Callum Robinson, Niall Wallace, Paddy Gorman, Fenton Bailey, Sean O'Halloran, Sarah Batt, Finn Murphy, Callum Geddes, Liam Geddes

This is a reminder to ALL youth players that club membership of £25 is due please give this to your club mentor by Wednesday 24th May at the latest. Thank you!!

Training continues on Wednesday evenings for all ages groups at Kingshill ave at 7pm, additional training on Thursdays will start this week starting at 7pm for all U14 and U16 boys only.  Please make every effort to attend.

GOLF DAY

Over the past dozen or more years, our Annual Golf Day has become an integral and popular part of the social and fundraising activity within our club. And as we enter out fifth decade of participation in Gaelic games in London, the importance of this event continues to grow. To ensure its success, we are reaching out to our supporters and sponsors for their generosity.

An important element of any Golf Day is hole sponsorship. This year each hole is £100.00 or 3 holes for £250.00.

The entry fee for an individual golfer is £60, while a team of four costs £240. This fee includes coffee and a breakfast roll before play, as well as an evening meal after. Buggies can also be booked in advance for £25.00.

We also welcome any non-golfers who wish to attend the evening meal, however, this will need to be booked in advance (£25).

If you are interested in taking part in our annual Golf Day or providing hole sponsorship, please let me know and payment can be made via a cheque payable to St Clarets GFC and posted to: Mrs Marie Hession, St Clarets Treasurer, 6 Princes Park Parade, Hayes, Middlesex UB3 1LA.

Thanking you for supporting St Clarets GFC. If you have any questions, please contact us at stclarets@hotmail.com.
