MEN’S FOOTBALL

Dulwich played their first game in the 2016 league on Sunday May 1st against Thomas McCurtains in Goodmayes. It was tight affair throughout with conditions difficult for both sets of players due to the inclement weather. Dulwich were punished for some wayward shooting with their opponents clinical in front of goal. Thomas McCurtains ran out 3-04 to 0-05 on the day.

We would like to offer our thanks for Thomas McCurtains and in particular, their physio, for their assistance with a serious injury picked up by one of Dulwich team.

Training continues on Peckham Rye Common on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:15 p.m. For further information, please contact Alan Grogan on 07472 211445.

LADIES FOOTBALL

Congratulations to our own Ciara O’Sullivan, Ursula Murphy, Catrina O’Regan and Maeve Wylie who won the British League final with London Ladies against Warwickshire last weekend.

Ladies Training takes places on Peckham Rye Common on Mondays and Thursdays at 7 p.m. For further Ladies information, please contact Sharon Hughes via Dulwichharpsladies@gmail.com.

YOUTH FOOTBALL

Congratulations for the Dulwich Under-14 team who won against St Kiernan’s in their opening match of the league. We would also like to welcome Killeavy and The Downs from Armagh and Westmeath, who will take part in a football tournament in Greenwich this weekend.

CLUB
