Murphy Cup: Harlesden Harps will have their first competitive game of the new season this Saturday 12th of March against Neasden Gaels. Throw in for the game is at 4pm. In order to have a proper warm up, aim to get there for early: Tottenhall Sports Ground, Tottenhall Road, London, N13 6LH. There will be lifts to the game from Greenes Bar in Neasden, departing at 2pm.

Cavan Trip: Harlesden Harps had a memorable trip to Drung in Co Cavan last weekend (04/05/06 March 2016). As the club has had many close Cavan links throughout the years, especially with current coach Joe Lynch hailing from there, this trip was a great chance for a get together for the team. We played a practise match against the local Drung team on the 3G pitch at the back of the famed Breffni Park. The game was played in a great spirit with plenty of good football and scores throughout the game. The exiles got the upper hand in the end with the Harps winning on a scoreline of 2-13 – 1-17. Afterwards both teams went back to The Stray Sod in Drung for a great night of fun, food and frolics!

Many thanks to Drung GAA club for their great hospitality, to The Stray Sod for a marvellous feast and especially to all in The Bridge Guesthouse in Cavan town for super food and lodging over the weekend. All who went on the trip were in agreement it was a marvellous trip and are already looking forward to making it an annual event.

Training: For current players training takes place every Tuesday at The Pavilion, Hillside, Stonebridge, NW10 8LW. The venue is a short walk from Harlesden Tube Station. Any new players wishing to "play a bit a ball" are very welcome to come along every Tuesday at 19:00 where we can also try our best to help with any accommodation or work needs.

Trainer: A warm welcome to Paudí Mescall from Clare who is helping out with training for the team this year.
