Tír Chonaill Gaels Club Notes - 07 March 2016

Condolences

Tir Chonaill Gaels wishes to extend its sympathy to former player Brendan McGready and the Mc McGready family on the recent passing of their father Brendan McGready Senior, Inver, Donegal. May he Rest in Peace.

Juniors

Well done to the Tir Chonaill Gaels Junior team who overcame a determined Naomh Padraig team at Wormwood Scrubs Playing Fields at the weekend. It was a closely contested affair throughout, the Gaels failed to convert a couple of early goal opportunities and at half-time it was level pegging at 0-4 each. It was nip and tuck until a goal and a couple of points in quick succession from the  Gaels seen the final score line at 1-07 to 0-6. Well done to all the lads and manager Paul Coggins.

Next match against St Clarets this week - see the press for further details.

Club Membership for the forthcoming year is now due at £40, payable to any committee member.
